Due to health concerns, regarding Covid-19, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted during this time unless you received your package damaged during transit.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

You may experience some delay with shipments or deliveries on the weekends, holidays, or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. If there are any delays or changes, we will notify you via email and/or phone.  

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation as soon as your order is processed.

Customs, duties, and taxes

 Personal Space is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Personal Space is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Proof of damage must be filed with your claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We are currently only accepting domestic shipping. 

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return for online orders, you can contact us at personalspacemgt@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (for damaged items only), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges with online returns (excludes damaged items). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. In-store returns are accepted.
